If you found out that a data broker that has significant security gaps buys your data (let’s say from Experian) and resells it to marketing agencies with even less security, would you care? If you’ve ever received “you’re qualified for this loan, credit card, etc. “ marketing in the mail, that’s based on the data analytics from the data broker.

What would you say is a reasonable number of cases per number of staff in a PI firm? What number is manageable and what is a number you would say is going into the realm of malpractice. For example for about 150 cases I know of a firm that has about 3 attorneys and 4 support staff. But some have 400-500 with 2 attorneys & 1 support staffer. What are your thoughts or how many cases is your firm currently handling?

Alright im 5'11 but why are there so many people 6'0 that are shorter than me?

I was not prepared to feel so lonely changing careers in my 40s. No regrets on the new path or the new company, but it's clear my friends can't relate to what I am going through right now, and my wife is just not the person I can talk to about this. Generation gap with my colleagues probably isn't helping either.

Traveled with a girl friend I’ve only been friends with for a year and she got super intoxicated and started grabbing men’s butts at a bar. I told her to stop and she said “now they know how it feels”. The tipping point was when she grabbed a guy who was with his girlfriend and they almost had a fight. I told her she was being illogical because she’s literally sexually harassing men and it wasn’t cool.

I wish social media apps had a time delay reaction feature where you could like a post or send a friend request late at night, and then those actions actually process at like 10:00 the next morning, so you didn't look like a creep who was up at 3:00 in the morning.

I am so thankful for my husband. We’ve had a rough year. But when he just pulled up his calendar app, I peeked the “therapy” recurring event for every Tuesday coming up.

It took a really long time to nudge and ask and plead and toss everything short of an ultimatum at him to start this work on his personal and emotional development.
