Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

It comes down to the person.
Happy to let my top performers work from anywhere. Whatever keeps them happy and growing.
Want my new hires and poor performers to be in the office 4-5 days a week so that we can mentor, shape, and supervise.
The irony is that it's rarely the top performers who want special accommodations.
I wish all management thought like you. Where I work the top performers suffer because of the poor performers. If the poor performers need to be in the office, then so do the top performers.
I get what you’re saying. For me the perfect work life balance is 2 days in office, rest at home. I like the human interaction, it makes me feel less worried about how I’m perceived at work and allows me to have that separation. It’s frustrating that your work is contacting you at all hours!
