What are the best ways to look for jobs?
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Any Apple referrals out there?
Hi fellow creatives! I’m looking for any and all kinds of creative people to participate in a research study!
www.creativitystudy.com
I’m a creativity researcher working on my dissertation on the psychology & neuroscience of creativity. I’m interested in understanding how different types of creative careers, side hustles, and artistic outlets relate to our emotions, mental health, & well-being. Ultimately to help build awareness, resources, & improve the lives of creative people.

Management loves hearing from fanboys/girls but I’d tamper it a little, IMO. You want to get paid what you’re worth and if they think they can get you on the cheap, well, they may lowball you knowing you’ll take it. Good luck!
Show, don’t tell.
Show and tell
I agree, it’s ok to say that you love them, but fawning over a company (or a founder) sometimes comes off as desperate (bad for negotiations) or insincere (which can make hiring managers question you more and you end up having to work harder to build rapport). It’s ok to state it, but I’d practice (with a trusted colleague or a career coach.)
Agreed with both! I like to express a bit of excitement after I hear about the role and team. Before that it’s premature and I would just keep it pleasant and polite.
Keep the word “dream” out.
