Is it ok for someone to move from development projects to support project? I have 2.5 yoe and have switched to Capgemini recently. They are assigning me support project, for development they need senior resources. At the time of interview only I made this clear. But now they are telling u can't say no to any role otherwise we will get this to HR.

Has the WFH made you more productive or less productive and is it a heavy toll or you can bear for the rest of your life or not.

I know for people with 5+ exp is it good as they can be with family but what about the people like us whom covid hit at the very early stage of the career.
No exposure, no interaction with the team physically and not even much movement from that damn swirling chair.
