Virtusa I recently got a job offer in virtusa. I read a lot of negative reviews about virtusa. Can someone through some light on whether i can join virtusa by ignoring all the negatives which includes horrible work life balance and no job security.
I also have an offer with CGI but they are paying 4 lakhs lesser than virtusa. This is giving me a lot of confusion. Help me through this please.
Hi fishes, Can you guys enlighten me how CGI in terms of WLB & Ethics employeecentricity. To me they seem very aggressive in hiring & on-boarding but not so good at paying. They are pushing me to accept an unofficial offer letter by 3 to 4 business hours. And pushing my joining date like anything. Before covid the norm which recruiting folks used to follow was 2-3x of your YOE but now after everything has went remote post covid it's min 3.5-5x so do the math n put your ask accordingly. All the best.
