Any book recommendations?
EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?
Looking for some book recommendations :)

Totally fine. We all work when it works best for our own needs.
Schedule for the mail to be sent at say 8:47am, once you compose it at whatever time works for you.
Unless the purpose is to make the recipient aware of the long hours you’re putting in.
Every time I schedule my email it doesn’t go on through on Outlook desktop. Does anyone else have the same issue?
Does your machine go on sleep? My wife boots up the machine and keeps it open, to send out all her scheduled mails
Not rude. But I like to use schedule send in these situations anyway.

Yeah who cares. They’re still going to open it when they open it.
Why would it be rude? We work in a global environment - you can get emails anytime. Doesn't mean you have to respond immediately.
Sometimes I think about the other person, like they might have kids or other obligations and it’s the only time they send an email. Personally, I wait until a reasonable time to send or auto-time my email using the outlook feature to send the emails.
You can - it’s not a use but I think it may lower the likelihood of response since it may get buried under the morning emails
*not rude
No as long as you make it clear you don't expect a response until the morning. Would be better to wait and send in the morning.
So do terminating employs, but they still do it, right?
Just save it as a draft and send it first thing in the morning. I don’t think it’s a question of being “rude”, or not, rather what’s the point? A vast majority of people wouldn’t even see the email until the next morning anyways, so not sure what sending it between 11PM-1AM achieves.
It’s only rude to expect a response late in the night. You can send it whenever you want.
