Is it unethical to engage if a client reaches out to hire you whike you are representing your firm to that client? How to best navigate this situation? I would like to explore but concerned if it doenst work out how that impacts the firm wide relationship and if it does work out, i might be burning bridges. I like what I do but still curious to explore what the role entails.

I generally feel confident in my work, but lately when I make mistake, I just overthink everything afterwards.
