He wants hourly updates.

He keeps pinging all the time whatz the update?
And doesn't let me work.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

I was on a tour but where I asked a couple of older women sitting behind me to speak softly as it was 6:30 am in the morning. After that they kept saying loudly that i’m smelling and that i need to use deo and that i should keep my arm down. I confronted them later and they said respect your elders?? First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer. Have you ever been told off by an older attorney of color?
