Is it unusual for a senior manager or director to hold a Zoom meeting with their team while the team is onsite?

Sure, I don't see why not. I frequently run multiple teams at a time. I can't be in multiple places at once. If I need to talk to a team and they're on-site and I'm not, I still talk to them. Would be silly not to.

I’ve gotten phone calls from people 5 feet away because they couldn’t be bothered to stand up or shout.

funny

Yes when they are not onsite

Non unusual

It really depends… I am flexible to work either way. To the point I always consider others to be comfortable in their way. If I can help them, I am helping things move forward.

Weird if everyone is present in person…

Blank page requirement in Passport

I have multiple blank pages in my Passport but they are all interspersed, i.e. no two consecutive pages are blank. Does that matter for new visa stampings? My understanding is that Schengen countries require 2 consecutive blank pages. Can someone confirm please whether I need a renewal? Thank you

Anyone from EY-Parthenon, what does a typical senior consultant look like resume/experience wise? If I have audit and FDD experience as a Senior for 3 years (currently in FDD), a CPA, no MBA, is that enough to get in to EY-P? Or is the MBA basically required? What would I be missing? Thanks!
