Consultant answer: it depends on a quite a few factors.
First where do you stand in your career? As in in which field and position?
Then where do you want to be in a few years? What would the MBA contribute to?
Assuming you are working as a manager in a big4 and aim for Partner, an MBA would not necessarily make you progress faster (lookup Partner experience on LinkedIn).
Some other actions would potentially better optimise your progress.
If your goal is to pivot to IB or strategy consulting then maybe an MBA is worth it.
