Is RSM the only large public accounting firm that uses the Supervisor role? I’m in the Supervisor role now and I really don’t see the point of it - I’m a manager managing multiple projects but I’m also a senior performing and reviewing work on other jobs. How long is it taking to hear back from companies (Accenture, Deloitte etc.) after applying with referral? Is it quicker because of great resignation or still the same amount of waiting time?
