Is salary hike on job switch calculated on total ctc or fixed salary?
Asking cuz after MBA, a lot of companies pay inflated CTCs to MTs.
ICICI pays 18.5 ctc but 12 is fixed and 4 lakh is paid after one year and 2 after second. How will hike be calculated on this by HR On a job switch?
