I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

Careful. If you pull out of your 401k before you’re 59.5 year old you generally face an early withdrawal penalty if 10% on top of whatever other tax is due depending on whether it’s Roth or traditional.
Pro
Even if you move to France, you will still need to retire, right? So saving for retirement whether in the US, or Nigeria is irrelevant if you can access your money when you need it. For me, I keep maxing the 401k to get the tax benefits from Uncle Sam, and will just watch it grow when I decide to move back home.
