Hi guys.. I have recently accepted job offer from PwC India..And I'm supposed to join on 1st Feb 2023.. It would be really great If someone can clear my few doubts: 1. What are the reimbursement I can apply for in PwC India? Like Wifi, mobile internet or any other service? 2. What is the food facility in Office? Is it pay for what you purchase or Free? 3. Will the Bonus be on basis of Basic pay or Total Fixed CTC? Thank you in advance!PwC PwC India

I had a great experience at ACN but found the regional model to be stunting growth and problematic when pursuing interesting projects. There’s also been a mass exodus as of late from talent and org. Pay isn’t competitive
I joined less than a year ago, so grain of salt. But I have been really surprised by it. I’ve heard hints about the max exit M1 is referring to, but in my experience it seems to have caused the practice to be very thoughtful. Everything from staffing, to promotion decisions, to leadership checking on new hires.
I came from being at a big 4 for years, and seriously felt like a plug and play cog on the most boring client ever for over a year. I was miserable and wasn’t learning anything. I didn’t want to travel, but I know people in talent & org can if they want. I was given the choice of projects and travel was an option just in case I was interested. Im sure your DTE and city play a lot into it though.
It seems like they’re really trying to create a good environment. They also handed me a 50% salary increase so maybe that change is happening in comp too ?
