Instead of mass firing it's mass resignation
Probably tcs may rollout VRS for senior employees to maintain the pyramid structure. As attrition is mainly junior to mid level. There are thousands of ppl sitting with 20 + years experience without much contribution.
They won't take vrs bro. Because almost everyone is very senior in tcs management and they will seat their till retirement and enjoy all the benifit but nothing for the mid level or junior level
I don’t think so! They never do that.
Rising Star
No tcs will not. They have no need to fire as attrition is in its peak now!! And they are in mass hiring spree.
Why do you think so..When all companies are on hiring spree?
I don't think coming 2-3 years no company is going to fire in mass. Everyone has lots of projects in digital transformation but after that it depends
Mass resignation.
👍
Mass firing is going to take place in all IT in 2023, once fed starts real tapering
Its Hiring not Firing
