My partner and I are in our late 30s and planning on a small courthouse wedding in 2022. Most of our friends (with kids) want us to have a vegas style joint bachelor/bachelorette party. We'd rather just want to go to Vegas alone for a weekend. How common is it to skip the bachelor/bachelorette parties?
Hey there wanted to ask your opinions. I was out of work for 5 months from May to October, when my started my new job my salary was higher due to paying less taxes throughout the year. Now with the new tax year my salary is down £700 ( paying full taxes this time).
Did anyone ever ask their employer for a reevaluation of their salary for similar reasons? In fact I don’t want an increase I just would like my salary as it was the past 6 months especially with the inflation.
