Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. Hi All ,My skillset is sap ewm functional .I mostly see openings in service based companies .Compensation offered compared to other skills like Java, big data ,python etc is very low.For instance for a 10 yoe the maximum budget is 28lpa offered by a big4 ,typical service based companies offer even lesser .

1. kpmg providing 7.5 as a fixed n other components total CTC will be around 8.5+

2. Xyz - 8.5 fixed+ 1.5L bonus at year-end n other components total CTC will be 11.40

I am into Deloitte support services now. Work Life balance is somewhat there. But mostly into internal projects and no exposure to client directly. Confused should I stay here or try to switch the firm having around 13 years of experience now.
