Also, If we get a bonus twice a year it should not exceed 5% of the AGP for one time. For me it is almost 10% now only. How can this happen?

I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
