Can anyone recommend a white label chat tool that I can embed in my application? All the people that would be using the application would have the ability to do targeted communication to others. Do AA 500 mile upgrade awards expire? I have used a decent amount of upgrades, but I still have 14 that I have been sitting for a about maybe 6-7 months. I do not see anything about them expiring, but I would not be surprised if they do.
