I’m scared my partner doesn’t like having sex with me. He hasn’t initiated in months (it’s been all me), he hasn’t brought up how little we’re having sex at all (I’ve initiated the conversation with him multiple times and he agrees that maybe once a month isn’t enough AT ALL, but it ends at “I agree with you”) and he doesn’t react at all if I try to be sexy. He can’t stop goofing around when we are in the moment and he knows it’s a mood killer for me.

Why do you think some districts or states aren’t willing to give more paid leave?

I have an FDD job offer for 80k base, 10k sign on bonus and 15% - 20% performance bonus, is that fair for a HCOL city (not NYC)? The offer isn’t with an accounting firm. I am currently a senior in audit making 85k base plus 5k or so bonus. Next raise and bonus payout is in two months.
