Is the iOS Fishbowl app being buggy for anyone else? I still get notifications and it opens up just fine. But as soon as I try to read something, it shuts down. Admittedly, I’m long overdue for an upgrade and Apple just moved my phone to Vintage status so it could be them forcing into another phone.

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
