Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. If you could change anything to increase minority representation in marketing, what would you change? I think I'd want at least 2-3 minority employees in creative leadership positions to make sure things like colorism in ads less likely to pass the final edit.
