Is the salary negotiation from the HR side of Accenture based on the technical round performance? My friend who switched from Infosys got 7LPA even though she asked more; I'm thinking to ask for 9.5 LPA so that HR can come at 8.5 LPA fixed. HR will give me more than 8 LPA or not? 2.3yoe Java Springboot developer Infosys.

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?
