I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY
Can you give like so that I can DM someone

The problem there is that I don't think that there's something that will do both in one product. In my mind those two things cancel each other out. Defrizzing is typically best served by oil, but don't do too much because it will weight it down!
So since it’s two different things, it’s maybe best to wash at your roots with a volumizing shampoo and then condition your ends with a sleek/shiny product. But I agree totally with you!
You should try reverse washing/shampooing. Essentially, condition your hair first (in the shower with regular conditioner or out of the shower with a deep conditioner), then shampoo as usual. Conditioners weigh down fine hair, so by reversing the process, you’ll usually see more volume and bounce. Your blowouts should also last longer if you have oily hair and if you find your hair is dry with this process, apply a leave-in conditioner to the ends only before or after blow drying to cut down on frizz. Hope this helps!
Just blow drying your hair, not a Brazilian.
I've got just the thing for you! It's called the Percy & Reed Smooth Sealed and Sensational Volumising No Oil Oil for Fine Hair. I love styling my hair with this because it doesn't make your hair look or feel greasy.
An Oribe texturizing spray!!! This is my ultimate holy grail. I've been using this for a year now. My face is round so the volume really helps me hide a bit of my cheek fats. Lol
Love this Oribe product. And people will be paying to put the fat *back* in their cheeks in a few years, so you’ll be one step ahead in looking youthful.
I found arey to the root serum to be surprisingly effective
I don't know but I really wish I did! I don't know how my hair can be so thin AND frizzy.
I use the Gisou hair oil to tame my frizz, but I don't know how it would work for fine hair since oils are known to be on the heavier side and might weigh down your hair.
I love the Full Dry Volume and Texture Dpray by Living Proof. This dry spray allows for any style because it gives roots grit and lift while absorbing grease and oil. This is the styling item I would choose to keep if I could only have one.
The best option for your hair type is a volumizing mousse. Choose one that's lightweight like the Loreal Professionel Tecni.Art Full Volume Extra. It has just enough grit to hold your hairstyle without being heavy.
When you said holy grail, the firdt thing that came to mind is the Bumble and Bumble Thickening Volumizing Spray. It does everything it claims to do. Plus, it doubles as a heat protectant!
So I do some egg masks (exactly what it sounds like) and I do see a big difference in volume and shine...and also, my hair doesn't get as greasy. so I generally do that, or I use a serum to get some of the frizz down from a small batch marker called sixteen92
Dry shampoo! Any dry shampoo would do honestly. Well, at least for me.
Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector! If you haven't tried this, you're totally missing out on the best hair day you could ever have! It worked like a miracle on me!
I use a shampoo from Briogeo called Don't Despair, Repair Super Moisture Shampoo. My hair felt really hydrated and smooth every time I use this. It's also safe for color-treated hair and sensitive scalp.
Have you tried the Dream Coat Supernatural Spray from Color Wow? I tried this because it claims that it's award-winning and I totally understand why! My hair always feels silky and supple. My blowout looks like a killer because of this!
Perhaps you could try the product I'm using. It's from Nexxus and it's called Ultralight Smooth Conditioner. It's also a great product for those who always style their hair as it prolongs hairstyle.
Try Redken's Frizz Dismiss Rebel Tame Smoothing Cream. It controls frizz and also has heat-protectant ingredients. Or you can also try Bumble and bumble's Bb.Hairdresser's Invisible oil if you prefer oil products.
