I am looking for a job in a product based organisation and my company is offering a 2 week client visit in Europe somewhere around oct-nov. Should I stay for that will it add any value? Or should I just give my papers (resign) and focus on looking at opportunities outside?
I need a better financial state till what can I aim for?

Is there any option in 1C portal to enquire/access all the ongoing or upcoming client projects in
Cognizant?
Also, how can one change their horizontal. My role is very restricted in my current ADM profile so want to make a switch to Media &
Entertainment. I have work to back this switch.

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.

I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. It was fine when I was living alone but my partner is seriously frustrated with how messy the house gets and how much I spend on supplies for these things. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
