Is this a joke or a scam?

I’m 25 and I have this itch to move to a completely new city. I love my city and just bought a house there but I just have this weird feeling I should be somewhere else. I’ve lived in my city for my whole life except for college (which was only 3 hours away). It seems weird and random to up and leave especially after just buying a house. Would love to hear anyone else’s thoughts/experiences!

Have you started a new job without taking a break? How was it? I thought I’d have more time to give my notice but the background check took longer than I thought so now I have no wiggle room between my start date and the two week notice.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?
