Is this OK to go 1-2 hours late after leaving late 1-2 hours at earlier day

I think it should be ignored because my Work profile is Graphics Designer but I also doing job of Video Editor, Motion Graphics Artist & 3D Animator.

I think employer should ignored it because I'm working on multiple profiles compared to my senior

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews.
