It seems like having a CPA without public experience is useless, if you look at the job requirements in their postings

Recently developed a prototype and filed 2 parents for a wearable hardware. There aren't that many similar companies in the market for valuation comparison. What are some other valuation methods that I can look into? Any advices and experiences that you can share are appreciated. Thanks!

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
