Is there ever a benefit to telling your RL that you don’t see yourself staying long term? At the SM level and I’m really just over it. Trying to figure out how some people have navigated getting referred to openings at clients. We’re short staffed so don’t foresee them turning around and letting me go just by virtue of expressing this isn’t my long term plan. However, can see how it may ding future ratings so probably best to keep my mouth shut
Moved into a new building a couple months ago. There’s a doorman who will see me struggling with packages or bags and never offers to help (automatic door so he’s not even actually opening the door). Am I really expected to give him a holiday bonus at the end of the year??
I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.

I 693 medical form: the surgeon agrees to sign the form again as the RFE came after 60 days of the initial signature, but my concern is, the lab is done 2 months back, and even the signature is provided again, USCIS will question why there’s a 2 months gap between labs & signature right?
