Itna ghatiya HR system hai. I joined Deloitte 5 months back and not alloted a coach yet. 15 mails daal diye hai HR ko and ticket raise krdia thrice. No response at all. Bakwas system completely. Ofcourse its company’s role to allot me one as my manager is constantly asking me for it. Can anyone guide pls what step can I take next?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned.
