It's been 3 times now. Every Monday some infosys hr call me and ask me if I am available for interview for aws admin on Saturday. I keep telling them I am available and fill the form too. But when Saturday comes there's not interview invitation no calls and when I call to their numbers unka no nai lagta.. what should I do now???

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

Hey guys, I just found this group and I’m hoping for some guidance/advice! I’m hoping to get into one of the Big 4s or MBB and finally got a few referrals once joining FB. I am 29, have an MA in IOP, and 10 YEO. I have never worked for a non-Jewish company (despite trying pretty damn hard to get out) and I’m freaking out. I have no concept of normal professionalism, strategy for navigating the workplace and the real world in corporate USA,(cont. in comment)

My fiancé just made Aliyah for med school. Long distance is hard but I love my job/firm culture. I wish I could stay, but I’ll need to switch to a firm that allows working abroad in a year at the latest. In a year, we get married and I make Aliyah too. I’m afraid to tell anyone at my firm. I’m also looking for American companies that pay well and allow employees to live in Israel. Thoughts? Advice?
