I struggle with my mental health and my biggest weaknesses is not being attentive to details and having strong interpersonal skills. Those two factors are is the reason I feel I am failing at my job. I’m 2 months into my position and I don’t know what I should do. I’ve never been at a job for no longer that 11 months. I want to change that but I feel my mental health is getting in the way. Can anyone else relate?

I am usually not into younger guys but this person has been making moves on me a lot. I am just trying to be a responsible adult and date more age appropriate aka people over 30.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
