The power dynamic in this market feels so skewed that companies don't even feel the need to try anymore. Am I being a diva for wanting a recruiter to actually know who they’re talking to?

I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation.
