I’ve been a CMA 12 years. I’ve been at my current job 1 yr & half. I am also 6 months pregnant and extremely burnt out. Everyone is not supportive of one another in the office and we are short a few MA’s. Im tired of the Commute as well as feeling overworked with no accountability in the office. I would like to find another opportunity but who will take on me and my belly? Really interested in working from home. Any suggestions

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
