Ugh, it pains me to say this but UA may be your best bet. Just take self defense classes and never travel with dogs and you should be OK.
@manager op haven't seen clear at ewr
Terminal C at EWR is the nicest terminal in NYC in my opinion
After the self defense classes get used to far more rude flight attendants, gate agents, and customer service agents (at least the phone ones for people without status)
Since this is the points bowl though... OneWorld and that points transfer is more useful than SkyTeam
Star Alliance/UA is great for redemptions and EWR is my favorite NYC airport tbh
@Deloitte 1 - what makes EWR your favorite? Also, is there much use having Clear if I switched to United?
lga and ewr are close enough
Sadly Clear seems like it's just a Delta thing now
Have only ever seen it at security for their terminals
Fly out of EWR and Delta for last 2 years no issues. Security is quick to get through, the traffic is not bad to get to Terminal B. The only problem I face is on Thursdays there are constant ATC realted delays for EWR.
(That’s all United btw)
OP Terminal C is really nice and predictable times to Midtown. LGA/JFK are a crapshoot
