I had a friend something like this happened . I think they don’t have to give you a reason it could be they simply just don’t like that you don’t hang out with them etc
What is your suspicion of the reason?
You probably know the reason. Try and fix if you can. Two jobs in such a short period of time probably means a "it's a you problem". If you really have no idea, maybe ask one of your colleagues for some personal feedback.
I am in a similar situation, it has now been seven months and I've only had one interview and multiple rejections, I resigned due to the toxic environment causing dangerous health issues, my age I think is also a definite factor for many employers.
Keep going, apply for what you can and what you are qualified for, examine yourself and ask your previous co-workers to be brutally honest to ascertain if you are the issue.
Thank you all for your comments. A recruiter reached out to me and gave me some good advice about how to address my situation.
I was let go in a similar manner earlier this year. I know that they replaced me with someone less experienced, less expensive, and dressed very provocatively. The accountant I replaced had the same characteristics. Apparently, I didn't fit the mold.
What type of jobs were they? Two in 8 mos.? Something is not kosher no matter the reason. I'm so sorry about that. It is hard enough to find a job.
I had that issue before as well, and I say they didnt give me any details, but I believe my skill set will be a great fit for this company
