Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Bain & Company Hi All. I am an Energy Engineer and 3 years of experience. I want to switch to a management consultancy because I think I would be a good fit for strategy consulting and want to move into ESG/Climate Financing. I would love to interview with your team if you’re looking to hire someone with this background (happy to share more via DMs).
The purpose of this post is to also ask for referrals so please let me know if I could reach out to you for that. TIA! McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group

I actually have some really strong thoughts about this. Our team, our office and EY in general has made reasonable attempts to incorporate mental health into the culture. EY offers 5 free counseling sessions per “event”, per year. I have taken them every year since I started and make sure to remind them team that they are available.
I think it is really important that I take my mental health into my own hands. I am in a position where I can mold culture to a small degree, and this has been one of my points of emphasis. I think it is important that managers and senior managers set the tone of the group and get rid of the stigma of needing help, or even a just a mental health day. If I had a choice, I would take all the happy hours, team building exercising, and free lunches and exchange them for a couple extra days off with the acknowledgement that our mental health and physical health is valued.
This is also coming from someone who took an extended medical leave for mental health reasons that became very physical health issues. I was fully supported by the PPED group.
Take care of yourself. Advocate for yourself. At the end of the day you can’t rely on or expect anyone else to do it for you
I agree with the late great Mark Fisher that mental health is by its very nature a political issue and the socioeconomic circumstances that drive it must be addressed before it’ll get better and any attempt to individualize this problem only further drives the atomization which causes these problems in the first place. In other words, the treatment is to structure our society such that auditors and others with burn out work less but I suspect it’ll be used to identify individuals with the worst cases and say “manage your mental health better” perhaps with some sort of mandatory leave program because that allows the system to continue without really addressing the core problem.
It’s a problem for sure. However, I don’t think that the firms are going to blink an eye, considering how ICS is often treated. Sad but true.
