I think the better question is if you like what you do. If you genuinely enjoy your job, there's nothing wrong with sticking with it. But if you feel bored/dissatisfied/don't see it as your long-term career, you might as well make the switch now instead of continuing to stagnate.
That all depends on you and where you want to grow. Staying where you are efficient can sometimes mean getting too comfortable and no longer growing. A switch can often come with a lot more growth opportunities.
I'd say, expand your skills.
