I’ve been tasked with being my office’s Muslim community lead (big4, large city). But I’m having like a mental barrier because a lot of of these people- they don’t follow islam- so how am I going to come up with events such as dinner that’s gonna make us miss magrib? And I’m not trying to judge these people. It just doesn’t feel like a Muslim community because Muslim is a religion not a culture… any tips or advice? I wanna do some things where people can be more aware of their muslim colleagues
