I’ve been thinking a lot about how to keep my team motivated during slow sales periods without pushing too hard and risking burnout. What's really working for you? I don't want the generic advice because been there done that, and it's not helping. I'm specifically looking for some effective strategies you’ve used to maintain energy and focus when the pipeline is dry but targets still need to be met :) TIA.

Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only. I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview.
