I’ve been thinking a lot about how to keep my team motivated during slow sales periods without pushing too hard and risking burnout. What's really working for you? I don't want the generic advice because been there done that, and it's not helping. I'm specifically looking for some effective strategies you’ve used to maintain energy and focus when the pipeline is dry but targets still need to be met :) TIA.

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get.
