I’ve completed my 2 tech interviews last week. Interview panel and hr seemed good only until the interviews are done. I was hoping the positive outcome but the hr never picks calls or even replies to mail/texts. I mean atleast a single message they can send its so simple.

How can someone be so unprofessional and idiot. No wonder why people hate these HRs

Hi Fishes need your suggestions please. I have an interview with PWC for GCP DE Manager, currently working in pure technical role as data engineer. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I am still bit reluctant to leave tech side, is it good in long run?

Interviewed for final round, Paytm. Post few hours, received mail from HR regarding required documents such as salary slips etc. What does this mean? I’m confused.

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. Why am I being iced?
