The more frequently you jump around makes it harder to get into a role that expects stability and wants to have you around on the long term. I was just rejected from a role for this exact reason.
I was rejected from a role like this, but they can't seem to find their candidate. This may be important to some hiring managers, but its their loss.

Yes, this will be my last move before industry which I’d imagine won’t be before I make manager at A&M. And I agree, it’s not like I’ve been bouncing between the same service line at B4. Just want to make sure I’m not committing some cardinal sin here haha
How would you answer the interview question that you seem like an annual job hopper, why should an employer invest in hiring you?
One year stints are a bit short for sure. You can make another jump but you really need to stay there for at least two years. Most people don’t care if you jump every few years but every year is definitely perceived as a red flag.
My advice in general is not to worry about jumping if you’re jumping higher

If you show them your resume and they gave you an offer, would you turn it down because of what your people said?
Also, what's the workload like at A&M? I'd like to get paid like that but I also would like to have a life outside of work, and I worry that they'd want long hours for the entire tenure, and not just during a busy season
If you can land the role and it’s what you want to do, then absolutely go for it. At the very least there’s no harm in applying seeing if you get the offer. Can make a decision at that point, and you’ll have better information on the people you’ll be working with, pay bump, etc.
