I've got there offers in hand one is a company in kochi - handles fintech payment of a big Fintech in India .
Second one is a Big 4 D.. around 13 fixed and variable extra (5-10%) Pune location .
Third one is a company based out of Chennai offers work from home and has highest package 15 around.
I want to know which one to choose , I've eliminated Kochi due to location as it's far from central India where I live. I'm confused in between the other two .

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore.
