I’ve had the opportunity to interview at Google 3x but didn’t get the job. I know I’m lucky to get the chance to interview but now I just feel so embarrassed that I had those chances and didn’t get it. First one for S&O, other 2 for Strategic Partnerships. 1 I was so nervous for and another that I thought I did well… but I get it’s a reach bc I have more strategy experience than anything (but really want SP). Should I honestly just maybe think G isn’t for me? Is that the writing on the wall?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
