I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

As far as I know everyone hates/laughs at them in Atlanta where they are HQed
People (including me) laugh it off sometimes but if you are from the South and want to make $130k as an analyst but only pay $1k/month for a decent place w/no roomates, STRH may be for you.
Having worked at both a BB and STRH, I will say that the senior bankers do care about your professional development. Work like balance isn't bad unless you're on one or several live deals. It's easier to move around the bank once you're there. The biggest con is exit opportunities. It's hard to convince a recruiter that you are better than any analyst on the street. We're treated as 3rd class options.
Ex. STRH guy here. Very good ol' boy club (not bashing it but not for everyone). Excellent work life balance (9pm everyone pretty much left unless you were on a deal). Solid Lev Fin. Laughable M&A. $10-15k haircut to the Street.
Shut the fuck up, JPM1. A good chunk of the guys there have done stints at JPM, and you obviously have nothing constructive to add.
Laughable seniors as well...
