Nah , I left Accenture because the whole firm had me f#^€ed up
I left bc of the unsustainable amount of stress.
As others said - either $$ or sh*t managers.
When your doing it right - you move on to more $$ and a decent boss!

Seems accurate. Not my manager but my manager's manager. Left due to retaliation stemmed from sexism/discrimination from the top.
I quit a company because I wanted to earn more money, I asked for a $1 raise and received $.35. I loved the people I worked with and the type of work, but I wanted more compensation and the only way I could get it was to leave.
In soccer, the defense can let the ball go through or the man go through but not both. In the workplace you can have bad compensation or bad manager but not both.
