Depends entirely on where you fly regularly. Honestly, the airline lounge card of the airline you fly most regularly is probably your best bet over the Plat (centurion is overcrowded) or the Cap1 VentureX (limited footprint). Chase Sapphire lounges are great but same issue with footprint.
Assuming you’re flying enough domestically to qualify for mid-tier status (UA Gold/Delta Gold/AA Platinum), get your airline’s club card (AA Citi Executive, United Club Card, Delta Reserve). That’ll give you the most lounge access when you fly domestically, then your status will cover you internationally.
Plat
May I ask what airport you fly out of and what airport you will be connecting through the most?
Lounges are great to stop by and grab a quick bite even if it’s to go. I also love lounges because I’m able to work and be on calls without having the airport intercom interrupt me every couple of minutes. It’s not totally quiet, but significantly better than outside of the lounge.
If you are flying out of LGA CSR is a must. Lounge is great
Which airline do you fly most and is it for international or domestic flights?

The Sapphire and Cap One lounges are amazing, but that only matters if you'll be using those airports often. Plat will give Centurion access which has the most lounges, but due to overcrowding and a high fee, idk if it's worth it.
Pretty much any travel card comes with Priority Pass, but those lounges are pretty terrible in the US.
I have the same ranking as you. Cap 1 and Sapphire tied for 1st, AMEX at 2nd due to crowding, Delta at 3rd and American last. I haven’t been to United before to rank it.
US lounges are so overrated, I’m convinced people just say they like them because they think it makes them sound bougie.
Most of the time they are so crowded you can’t even find a seat (especially Amex lounges), I can’t count how many times I’ve walked in and out in under 3 mins bc it’s not worth my time.
CSR lounges are nice but at so few airports it’s not worth it unless it’s your home airport (even then, why, are you going to get to the airport early just to use a lounge?).
International lounges are better, but IMO the airports with the nice lounges are also the nice airports, so you don’t even need a lounge to hang out in.
Save your money, lounges are just a social media scam.
