I’ve received a Deloitte USI offer and the PHT email. My current firm is issuing new compensation letters next week. To negotiate a better package, I want to wait for my updated CTC before filling out the PHT.
How long is the PHT link active?
Should I wait for the new letter or submit current details now and update later?
I need to ensure the link doesn't expire while waiting. Any advice from those who have been through this?

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
