I’ve received an offer to join #SAP SAP Ariba as a T3 Developer (currently at Sony India), specifically in the SAP Procurement Platform – Solutions Team. Before deciding, I’d appreciate insights from current or former Ariba folks on:

How’s the work-life balance in this team?
Are late-night calls common, especially during go-lives?
What’s the team culture like in procurement?
How are the growth opportunities ?

Is there a list or map anywhere of NYC spots doing takeout cocktails? I’m downtown and so far I’ve grabbed to go from Dante and Extra Virgin if anyone has any other recommendations.

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. Should I tell and leave as such, Kindly pour your advice.

On an initial call with a company's recruiter, I was told the salary range. I said that the base pay is lower than what I make now, but with equity it's about equal, so it would be ok. If I actually receive an offer after the interview process, can I ask the company to match or at least get closer on the base pay? I'm also up for promotion this year so like to get a higher salary, but not sure if by saying "ok" to the recruiter's salary range that it'd look bad to ask for more later.c

Has anyone done the virtual job tryout for Capital One? Basically a personality assessment. I am in the beginning stages of interview process. First step being the online assessment dubbed 'virtual job tryout'. I am anxious about answering 'correctly'. Specifically because it asks if you are competitive, willing to stop what you are doing to help others or prioritize your own work.
