Should I do certification in Ariba or EWM? I am certified in SAP S4 HANA SOURCING & PROCUREMENT+MBA in operation management, and YOE 7 in TCS, Infosys, IBM, and now Accenture or EY from Nov. I dnt want too much technical or coding work.EY Accenture Deloitte

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. How does everyone feel about the online SHRM learning for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP for Certification?

If a firm has multiple openings that you’re interested in, is it a good or bad idea to apply to more than one position? I’m a third year interested in retooling from lit to general corp, but they prefer someone with 3+ years of corporate experience. They’re also looking for an M&A with 1+ years, so it may be easier to aim for that, but I’ve heard horror stories re WLB for M&A. Would still try it out tho bc I’m desperate to leave lit, but don’t want to make a faux pas. Any insights appreciated!
